The FM:Systems suite includes a full compliment of IWMS tools and integration points. The products are used across a wide variety of industries including Corporate, Higher Education, Healthcare and Government.
Archibus is probably the most widely known IWMS solution. It has the widest spectrum of features and modules as well as integration components. The suite is used across all industries including Corporate, Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction, Government and Manufacturing.
Several CAFM / IWMS solutions were brought together in 2022 to become Eptura. This included Archibus, Serraview, Space IQ and iOffice.
Evolve FM is a robust toolset at a considerably lower cost. It's rapid deployment and ease of use make the tool a perfect solution for organizations with limited resources.
The Trimble RE & Workplace suite has a number of similar features to FM:Systems and Archibus, but has it's biggest strengths in the Real Estate side.
In 2014, Trimble acquired Manhattan and Centerstone. In 2021, Trimble sold off the Centerstone and Manhattan suites (to MRI) and leveraged their own version of the IWMS solution suite.
Tririga is the solution for those with complex requirements and a fairly significant time-frame and budget. It's not uncommon to see 7-figure implementation costs that take 12+ months to implement.
With that being said, the Tririga suite provides every bell and whistle you can imagine including tools for Fleet Management.
Planon's suite offers the same components that most IWMS solutions provide. This UK-based organization has only recently entered the US market and has a limited presence here in the states.
